Overview
Eventlink's HubSpot integration automatically sends every registration to your HubSpot account as a new or updated contact, with zero manual data entry.
Map registration data from Eventlink's built-in forms directly to your HubSpot contact properties. New registrants become contacts, existing contacts get updated. Track event performance alongside your other campaigns, trigger nurture sequences, and give your sales team instant visibility into event engagement.
You can also use existing HubSpot forms if you prefer, but mapping Eventlink forms gives you the best of both worlds: superior analytics and conversion optimization plus seamless CRM integration.
How it works

Sync Eventlink registration data to HubSpot (Recommended)
Create your event with Eventlink's built-in form builder and map each field to your HubSpot contact properties. When someone registers, their information automatically flows to HubSpot as a new contact or updates an existing one. All registration data stays in Eventlink for your analytics while simultaneously feeding your CRM workflow.

Use existing HubSpot forms
Connect your HubSpot account and select an existing form to use as your registration form. Data flows directly to HubSpot, maintaining your existing form logic and workflows.
Both options keep your contact data clean and your marketing automation running smoothly.

Connect HubSpot to Eventlink
In your Eventlink workspace, go to Integrations → HubSpot → Connect. You'll authorize Eventlink to access your HubSpot account and sync contact data.

Configure mapping
Settings → Integrations → enable Mapping → configure field mappings → save.

Connect HubSpot to Eventlink
In your Eventlink workspace, go to Integrations → HubSpot → Connect. You'll authorize Eventlink to access your HubSpot account and sync contact data.

Select form
During event creation, choose Use HubSpot in the registration section → select from your existing forms → preview and continue.
Disconnect HubSpot: Go to Integrations → HubSpot → Disconnect to remove the integration from all events.
